This course was incredible! So informative, so practical, so interesting and fun! I looked forward each day to the coursework and it really inspired me to be creative and passionate in the kitchen again. I loved the diverse range of recipes, techniques and ingredients that I came into contact with as a result of this course, and the experience I got through taking it. I learnt so much and got to experiment more than ever before, practising beautiful new techniques and methods that I would never normally try or have even thought of! I used ingredients that I’d never heard of before and was coached through how to use them which was a lot of fun and super fascinating. I enjoyed all the learning, but also thoroughly enjoyed the tasting as well – incredibly delicious and varied recipes. I’ve never eaten so well in my life as during this course!
The feedback received on assignments was always very constructive and on point, so this was helpful to develop my skills. Yoko’s knowledge and expertise is second to none in this field, so having access to that was incredibly valuable for me on my raw food journey.
I felt supported throughout the course, and was able to ask questions and get answers along the way.
Overall, the course was wonderful and I loved every second of it!

I believe this to be a very pure “School of Raw”; where every component of a dish is made lovingly, and with absolute commitment; from the raw ingredient.
No place for tinned or bottled ingredients in this food system!
The course is comprehensive and goes through all the Raw Food Classics I had ever wondered how to make, including Cultured Cheeses, Icecream, and Pannacotta..
As an introduction to Raw, this is exceptional course material – I dont believe you will find better!
